officialmark Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 hey guys i got a cag about 12-13 inches and around 520 grams. i have a cage that is 41 inches high 28 long and 36 wide. i was wondering what size boing should i put in my cage without it taking up a huge part of the cage length is what i am looking for i decided the diametre should be about 1 inch. thanks
she Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 I would hang a boing away from the cage, not in it. That way it is another place to play and perch.Thats my thought anyway.
judygram Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 I have a boing hanging in Josey's cage, it is not the biggest one they make but you can adjust them to hang shorter or longer. You can easily find them just do a search for boings and many bird sites sell them.
Luvparrots Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 I don't have a boing in my grey's cage but have a couple around the house. But as Judy said they stretch and there are several different sizes and lengths.
officialmark Posted October 5, 2009 Author Posted October 5, 2009 guys i know i am asking for your opinion on what lenghth it should be i know it can be streched
kittykittykitty Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 I think 18 inches before stretching would be long enough.
katana600 Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 I just measured our boing and the rope part is about 75 inches long (192 cm). We got it for a CAG. Our cage is similar in size to yours and it seems to take up quite a bit of room, so we are hanging it outside the cage for a play area.
