Jealousy issues?

I'm wondering if any of you have had to deal with VERY serious Jealousy issues when trying to introduce a new parrot to your flock. I'd like to know what happened and how you managed to resolve or work with the problem. I'd also like to know how old your existing parrots were and how long you had had them in your home before introducing the newcomer.

Not too much with my two but lately I have noticed that Sunny is starting to get a little possessive of me, she stays on my shoulder all the time when she is out of her cage and usually on my left one. I usually have Josey on a playstand and if I am going to another room I will get her off and take her with me, well she usually sits on my right shoulder and Sunny has taken to getting over on my right shoulder when she knows I am getting Josey, like she thinks she will keep her off I guess, well she doesn't win.
