1sydneybird
Hi!! Im getting nervous about possibly adopting Baby, the TAG. Her DNA test should be back tomorrow. I am sending Syds in today. Can you tell me more about quaranten periods? Both Roxy and Syd have had clean fecals and bills of health. I am also interested to see how you all house multiple birds. I have large cages for Roxy and Syd, and now maybe for Baby too. Thanks!!!
judygram
Its normal to be nervous but be sure you want to bring this 3rd bird into your home, can you provide enough time and attention to these birds? Please read thru this link I have provided on quaranteen when you get another bird: http://www.greyforums.net/faqs/ You do need separate cages for each of your birds, even though they may get along when out on playstands they need their own cage to call their own for when they just want to chill out. casper
Congratulation on your new addition! I have 3 greys and each has their own cage, they have always been housed seperately. Two of the greys hit it off straight away and paired up together but the third grey was never accepted by the other two. As a result he spends a lot of time with me now as he feels quite threatened by the other two. Other members here have multiple birds and dont have any problems. I wish you the best of luck with your new baby and hope that everything will go well. Cant wait to see some photos:)
