Looking for lots of help!

Hey guys,

 

I just joined the forum today and am excited to learn from all of you.

 

I just adopted "Coral", my 6 month female Congo last night. She's still settling in, but seems to be super tamed and sweet. The original owner was moving and could not house a bird in the new location.

 

I need lots of help since this is my first Big Parrot. Please be patient with me. And THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

Hello Pga7602 and welcome to our family, we are so glad you could join us and we look forward to hearing more about you and Coral.

 

Congrats on your first grey and first parrot, thats great that you could give this bird a new home and young enough that it is still a baby.

 

She will need some time to settle into a new home with new surroundings but she should take to it very quickly since she is still relatively young.

 

Please read thru the many threads for lots of useful information and do ask questions you may have and we will help you in any way we can.
