Pryde Posted July 17, 2007 Posted July 17, 2007 I'm finally breaking down and joining the forums. I expect to get my baby bird (who I named Pryde) at the end of July. We are waiting for her (she has been DNA sexed) to fledge, then the breeder will clip her wings and she will come home. I only have one photo of her and it is not digital, but believe me once she is home wiht me you will be flooded with photos.
danmcq Posted July 17, 2007 Posted July 17, 2007 It's great to have you finally become visible Pryde! :-) How did you get that unique name? We will definitely be looking for photo's :-)
TalonSis Posted July 17, 2007 Posted July 17, 2007 Welcome to the family! {Communicate-00020121} Melissa
Guest Lidia Posted July 17, 2007 Posted July 17, 2007 Hi Pryde, Welcome to the flock! Looking forward to the baby photos!
Pryde Posted July 17, 2007 Author Posted July 17, 2007 Thank you for the welcome! I posted where her name came from on the name thread. Being an unusual spelling I am hoping to teach her how to spell it for people.
danmcq Posted July 17, 2007 Posted July 17, 2007 Pryde - Getting her to spell her name would be cool and impressive to visitors :-)
judygram Posted July 17, 2007 Posted July 17, 2007 Hello, Pryde, and welcome to our family, glad you finally joined, we've been trying to nab the lurkers into members. I like that name and if you are successful in teaching her to spell it, that will be one for a video thread, I would really like to see that. Of course we can teach our greys lots of things, but most of us don't have the time it requires to do that. Looking forward to pictures, we love pictures here as you can probably tell.
CeasarsDad Posted July 17, 2007 Posted July 17, 2007 Hi Pryde.. we are so happy when we see a lurker become a poster.. This is a personal goal of my.. Converting lurkers to posters that is.. So thank you for joining our family. I think you are gonna love it here.. :P
