My husband and I have had a whirlwind of a year that has included bringing two boys, ages 10 and 16, into our home. We are in the process of adopting them, and it has been quite the journey. You can read all about our story on my blog, www.stubbornfishtales.com Anywho, Juji is one of the joys of my life. She will be 2 years old this November and is so full of personality and life. She is learning new words and phrases every day, and makes us laugh with her crazy antics. The one thing that I am struggling with is how to help Juji be more friendly with the other members of the family. She is the most affectionate bird ever with me. She almost never bites (except for fiestiness) and will cuddly with me for hours when allowed, but she will bite everyone else. I will post more about this in the behavior section. Anywho, I'm back!
