Is this the only bird or parrot you have? How old is this bird? How long have you had him/her? Just a few questions so we can get to know you better.

i have one ago but died live whte me about 15 month very sweet a tirn but i travell and put in freind hose she missing me and die

 

now have new one smart i get very scriming and biting:S but i tirn now;) ..

Thats too bad about your first grey, maybe it just wasn't meant to be but you have another one now, a smart one at that but I think they are all smart, too smart sometimes.
