chimaysmommy
Oh my gosh I'm so sorry to hear about Phoebe's plucking... Poor thing. I really wish I could help you with some sound advice but I have no expertise in the treatment of plucking. Hopefully some others can chime in here with some good advice. Hang in there and please keep us posted!
Tycos_mom
OH no not again. Oh well at least you know how now. poor baby she just play's why to hard I had the same problem with Tyco when she was growing her flight feathers back in she broke at least 6 of them before she finally had enough feathers around them to have support so she didn't break them I had to take a few of her favorite toys away for a bit because everytime she played with them she broke a feather. judygram
She will get over it Tanya, she is a little mad right now, I am sure it hurt to have that feather shaft pulled but it had to be done so give her a little time and she will be back to her old self. Thanks for letting us know.
Char
I must have missed a previous post somewhere. Why are you pulling out the blood feather? Was it broken? Did Phoebe have an accident?
judygram
No Charlene you haven't missed a post as she didn't make a thread about it but she had to pull another broken blood feather a couple of weeks ago with the help of Pat and now last night she had to pull yet another Phoebe broke off, she is getting good practice.
