den92
The problem I have is that I have two African Grey's and one has a white face around their eye. Where as my older grey who is 7 years old has what looks like dry black skin in between the top of his beak and his eye. If you have any ideas on what can be wrong please help. He has a balanced diet of seeds, fruit, vegetables and also receives vitamin drops and calcium drops due to being kept in side so does not get as much sunlight. please feel free to give advice.

Post edited by: den92, at: 2009/08/31 13:
she
How long has he had this? I cant say what is wrong, if anything but a vet check would answer your questions.

she
If he has had this a few years chances are its not much to worry about as long as its no worse or changing, have the vet look on your next visit.
judygram
Well if he has had it for years then it is not causing any problem but I would have it checked out by your avain vet just to be on the safe side especially in light of the fact he has not been seen in a few years.
