In moderation, almost everything will be ok. But nothing fatty, with caffeine or alcohol. Bekkie sounds like a handful!

Bekkie the tinned beef might contain too much salt, and salt is bad for greys too so you might want to limit that to very small amounts.

That was my one concern,the other concern was the fat,so I don't give her much of it,just a small piece at a time, and I noticed that she drank much water after eating the beef. Maybe that is a sign of too much salt.
