Annemarie
Hello Everyone. My name is Annemarie from Queens, NY and I am currently looking for a Timneh. I am keeping in contact with 2 breeders as of right now, both of which have pairs that are nesting. In the meantime, I will be purchasing everything this baby will need, and any tips would be wonderful. I have never had a baby before, but I did have an older Congo, named Obie. After a year, I went to school, and Obie stayed with my uncle and it was like a match made in heaven so Obie now lives with him. I visit all the time and Obie still calls me "Mama" haha I also had an English Budgie Parakeet named Milo, the most talkative parakeet I have ever seen. He knew lots of words and sentences, and after he passed away I was heartbroken. It's been a couple of years since Milo passed, and I am ready to have a new baby in my life. So, here I am! I look forward to meeting everyone, and reading any information you guys share.
judygram
Hello Annemarie, and welcome to our family, A lot of information is already on this forum in the different threads, you just need to read a lot of them, will probably answer a lot of your questions. If you have had a grey before then having a baby will not be alot different and hopefully you will not get it until it is weaned, some do but I don't recommend it and a good breeder will want to wean it before he allows you to have it. Again, welcome to the forum and we look forward to hearing more about you and your pursuit of a grey.
