Cocoascaregiver Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 Are you Chicken ? Are you chicken ? no, Cocoa not chicken ! That's what Cocoa said to me this morning while I was making my lunch for work ! Is that too funy or what ! y'all are gonna have to bear with me as Cocoa has come out with something else from his vast vocabulary on an almost daily basis. We were told he says over 100 things, and something tells me it might be more than that. I think I'll try to keep a list going of what he says . Does anyone else have a list going to keep track of their Feathered friend's vocabulary ? Lee

Post edited by: Cocoascaregiver, at: 2009/08/27 02:08
judygram Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 That is so cute and I would imagine you will start hearing a lot more now that he feels comfortable enough to start talking. He looks to be enjoying a neck scratch too, thanks for sharing the picture with us.
Tycos_mom Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 That so funny My YCA asked every new person she meets if they are a bird she say are you a bird? and every person laughs and say no I'm a person are you a bird? and she answers yep. The can be so comical sometimes you can't help but laugh.
JillyBeanz Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 What a super picture Lee - Cocoa is obviously so at home now! How exciting - you'll be discovering all these new words! Harvey's only 8 months, so I hope he will speak soon (he is kinda grumbling "hello" under his breath when our backs are turned) - I'll still love him if he doesn't tho!
she Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 Yes I have a list of Charlies and Crackers vocabulary. What a lovely picture Lee.

Post edited by: she, at: 2009/08/27 23:07
danmcq Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 Hahahahaha, what a cute question!! :-) Cocoa is quite a character and sounds like he is really adjusted well and liking his new home. The photo shows he is a good looking and friendly Grey. Yes, we keep a list of words and phrases. The problem is not updating it often enough.....Thanks for reminding me
Char Posted August 28, 2009 Posted August 28, 2009 Looks like things are going well with Cocoa. Yes I keep a running list and we are up to 82 phrases. She is 20 months old.
Luvparrots Posted August 28, 2009 Posted August 28, 2009 I love this pictures of Cocoa and you Lee. What a great companion Cocoa has turned out to be for you. Congratulations!!!!
