JJsHoney Posted August 25, 2009 Share Posted August 25, 2009 I thought I would give everyone an up date on the baby, we still do not know the sex, but should very soon, he/she will be 15 weeks on the 25th BUT is not showing any signs of weaning, so even though it is killing me lol I have to wait... He is also not gaining weight, not at all.. was put on the instant ounces but still nothing, vet said everything is fine, continue normally.. ( based on blood work) and he is very active, contantly crying as you can see in the other videos even if we stuff his face lol, enough it actually dribbles back out, crop empties fine. so I guess we get a tiny bird lol.. oh well... but to be honest no matter how big or small he/she will be worth the wait, and loved that much more when he is finally home!!! chelseaB Posted August 25, 2009 Share Posted August 25, 2009 Hi JJ, I'm still waiting for my baby, too! They are being slow to wean also & still don't have the sex yet! The breeder said maybe this weekend I would be able to bring it home ! Have everything all set up, just need the baby bird! The waiting seems forever! It will be worth it though!
