New Baby

After months and months of searching and several let downs we have finally found our baby. He is a sweet boy that will be coming to us in late September or early October. He is a gorgeous boy born on May 31, 2009. :lol:

Now we are in search of a cage for this little guy. ZaZu has a very large cage that her previous companion gave us when we took her. We want a large cage for this boy as well....he needs plenty of room.

ZaZu is only caged when we have to go out and at night..other than that she rules the roost..so to speak.

We have decided to name this boy Ziggy. We came up with that the long way. Since he is a CAG we wanted an African boy name. I looked up names and found Iggi which means "only son"..that fit but to make things flow we added a Z and Y..Ziggy. So we are going to have ZaZu and Ziggy. I will post photos as soon as we get him here!

And if you guys know where we can find a good cage at a decent price do tell!

Congrats on your new additon to the flock and Ziggy is a cute name and goes along with Zazu, you must be beaming with pride for those two greys.

Ah Ziggy and ZaZu - sounds like some dodgy 80s pop get up! I love it!!! Love to see the photos of Ziggy - what a cutie he will be.
