I had to do it!

Well... I went to my favorite store for food and on my way home I found another new store and thought... hey, it's Sunday, I have time - let's stop! I went in and noticed the store was new, very clean and it happened the owner greated me at the door(very nice lady). I turned and noticed a Hans macaw... I couldn't help myself when she mentioned the price drop due to the fact she had been with them for almost a year!

She(dna tested) is a GREAT bird having been played with for a long time, I couldn't resist!

Thats wonderful news no bird should have to live in a pet store congrates what are you going to name her I hear Hahns Macaws are very much like their larger cousins and also think they are really big birds.

Like most, I'm excited! My Grey(finally named him - BLUE!) should be ready this week... woohoooo!

It looks like this will be my last purchase for the next 20~ years!!

Yes, we named her, we really used our imagination(LOL!!!!:ohmy: )

... since she really had a large vocal outburst within seconds of bringing her home - we call her "Big Bird". :silly:

awww she looks like a great bird, I alomost got a Hans but the breeder we were going to buy from said the eggs were infertile , she had just bought a breeding pair of Hans so much on that idea

Oh she's as cute as a button Thats a great name for a Hahn Macaw because they think they are the size of a Green wing. That's a very large bird you have stuffed into a little package. They are great little birds have fun with your new addition. They are just full of personality.
