Hello everyone,

 

I've been browsing your site for more than a month now in preparation for a baby TAG that our family is welcoming at the end of August. What a friendly and happy place you've all created - thank you! There is such a wealth of information here that I have to force myself to take breaks in order to attend to my current companions...

 

My partner and I live in NY with our son who is 11. We have our own little "zoo" here - two small elderly dogs, two gerbils, a young corn snake, and a parrotlet named Sweetie who is about to turn one. Oh, and not to forget the snails and various other critters that spend an evening or two in our "B & B" courtesy of the 11 year old...

 

I've wanted an AG since I was in my teens and life has arranged itself recently so that I could finally make a dream come true. We at long last got to meet our baby just yesterday for the first time. {Feel-good-000200A2} We spent about two hours just hanging out - wow, was it ever hard to leave.

Hello Plink! Welcome to the forum, great introduction. Congrats on getting a baby TAG. Have you decided on any names yet? Did you take any pics when you went to visit him/her? Thats great that your close enough to visit him/her. I know the wait seems soo long but it is so worth it in the end. Feel free to ask as many questions as you want.
