nluvwithmygrey Posted July 22, 2009 Share Posted July 22, 2009 I've been doing some name seaching...{Characters-0002005F} ...for girls Zuri-meaning beautiful Malaika-meaning angel Kamora- meaning strong for boys Makali-meaning strong or Kali- same meaning Hodari-meaning brave/smart Zuka-meaning spirit Jasiri-meaning brave, or bold Rafiki-meaning friend All are names of african origin. Theres actually a song named "Malaika" by Harry Belafonte. I had a list of a bunch of african names and some musical names, I had a lot of favorites and just couldn't decide. When I brought him home he dropped a toy and I said "uh-oh Ecko" and the name just fit so thats how I decided lol.
