It this post did't deserve any positive Karmas there aren't any that do.. Thank you Lidia CD
Talon Posted July 8, 2007 Posted July 8, 2007 Nice to see. Positive karma coming your way Lidia! :cheer:
Guest Lidia Posted July 8, 2007 Posted July 8, 2007 GRAPES!!!! HAHAHAHA!!! MY GRAPES!!!! Non-nutricious, sugary grapes, and they're all mine. Mine, I tell you, mine! Now, will I stick the skin on the cage or the floor? Hmmmm. No, wait, the wall!!!
danmcq Posted July 8, 2007 Posted July 8, 2007 Ha Ha Ha Ha ...... Great Photo and commentary ! {Communicate-0002011B}
greylover Posted July 8, 2007 Author Posted July 8, 2007 nice photo.Your greys loves grapes lol.
Guest briansmum Posted July 8, 2007 Posted July 8, 2007 lidia what a gorgeous young man you have there.. he looks like quite a big boy, is he? your commentary rings a lot of bells over here, cept Brian eats the skin too. the only waste that comes from a grape when brians about is the juice trickling down his foot.. even then he doesnt let all that get away  i've got an African GRAPE Parrot
judygram Posted July 8, 2007 Posted July 8, 2007 Lovely photo Lidia, and you make it sound so hilarious, the simple eating of a grape. Keep up the good work.
greylover Posted July 8, 2007 Author Posted July 8, 2007 lidia witch option did he take lol.
Guest Lidia Posted July 9, 2007 Posted July 9, 2007 xxbeccyxx wrote: i've got an African GRAPE Parrot HAHAHAH, that's a good one (must remember that, use it and pretend I thought of it!)! Joshua is big, but I don't think he's exceptionally big, but he's also nearly twenty years old, so he has some heft to him. Joshua has a way of dealing with the grape juice trickling, he shakes the grape vigorously so it sprays EVERYWHERE.
Guest briansmum Posted July 9, 2007 Posted July 9, 2007 brian would consider that a waste of good juice! i'm sure he'd have a thing or two to say to joshua about that  i have bits off all sorts stuck to walls, but no grapes. p.s... you can steal it, i don't mind
CeasarsDad Posted July 9, 2007 Posted July 9, 2007 If you want a holy mess lidia.. Give him some Blackberries.. :pinch: :pinch: :pinch:
Talon Posted July 9, 2007 Posted July 9, 2007 Strawberries make a wonderful mess as well!!! Haven't tried the blackberries yet, maybe I won't!!!:pinch:
greylover Posted July 9, 2007 Author Posted July 9, 2007 i wont try any thanks lol talon your nearly 1000
Guest briansmum Posted July 9, 2007 Posted July 9, 2007 hmmm.. maybe i will save the blackberry till the weather clears up and i can take him in the garden
judygram Posted July 9, 2007 Posted July 9, 2007 Good idea, Beccy, I don't know whether blackberry stains come off the walls and carpet.
Guest Lidia Posted July 9, 2007 Posted July 9, 2007 All the berries are good for making a mess, in fact, anything juicy makes a mess. But I think, for the best and greatest fruit mess possible, you must try pomegranate. There is just nothing like it and it can be splattered for amazing distances. For non-fruit mess, it just has to be pasta with bolognese sauce or porridge. Mmmm, crusty mess...
greylover Posted July 9, 2007 Author Posted July 9, 2007 year he loves all of them but he hasnt made a mess yet:unsure:
Guest briansmum Posted July 9, 2007 Posted July 9, 2007 brian tends not to be messy with things he wants to eat, it's when i give him something he doesn't want it get's flung all over!
greylover Posted July 10, 2007 Author Posted July 10, 2007 yes same hear xxbeccyxx he just does the same.Ower parrots are juts the same lol:)
Tricky Posted July 14, 2007 Posted July 14, 2007 Yes, my grey LOVES apples. There was a time when any time we offered him food, no matter what it was, Jack would say, "Apple?" He also loves cheese, but I can't imagine that's too good for him...
judygram Posted July 14, 2007 Posted July 14, 2007 It's ok in small amounts, Tricky, my grey and sun conure both love cheese and when they see the package come out of the fridge they both come running and beg for some.
greylover Posted July 15, 2007 Author Posted July 15, 2007 chico loves a bit of cheese now and again but not a lot.He can see that i want him to eat it and this it what he does{Emotions-00020075}.Very cheeky my grey!!
