SunnyBird Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 Reporting from Athens Greece where it's been an average of 31 Celsius (88 Fahrenheit) but it feels a lot warmer than that due to the humidity - we've been having passing thunderstorms for 10 days now, unusual for Greece. Must be the melting ice caps... Ceiling fans are on at home and I had to turn on the aircon at work which I dislike but I get sleepy in the heat.

I think the weatherman said this is our 8th straight day of temps over 100 degrees:blink: Hmmm... I wonder if I can cook an egg on the sidewalk????B)
