Electric Fires

After reading the excellent post on teflon-coated cookware, some of the comments following touched on electric fires. Now I am feeling ever so slightly paranoid. We have an electric (hallogen) fire which we use during the winter months, this fire is in Beau's room. Can anyone tell me if it is dangerous to him??

I used one in the winter for Alfie when he had been in the bath & hes ok so i think your safe Jooles;)

heaters and e/fires do dry out the air, makes their skins feel drier as well, its winter here so i do use it in all room areas, in cloudy's room i wet 2 towels and hang over a chair for moisture and wet it again when dry...:cheer:
