Just seeing this now, but thank you so much for posting such a thorough review, and pictures! Neo is very finicky, and he hates the travel cage we have now. :)

WOW! Not only is she stupid, she's pining for attention and lied because SHE KILLED HER OWN BIRD with her stupidity... I am so sorry that someone can so grossly ignore your warnings! Thank you for sharing.
