Thank you for the warm welcomes. Please let me apologize in advance if I don't seem very warm myself, because time is not on my side. But I also realize I need to take some action toward my main reason for coming to the site. It centers around what I see as a potential for future negligence where this one african grey is concerned and for all I know may be happening right now. Before I go further, and to maybe save some time, it might be good to know whether members on this forum get involved in issues that do or may involve negligence.
