ToTo and Mo

just a quick question if any can help me please ,what is the right times of the day to offer food for TAG as am offering chopped veg and some seeds twice a day at morning and at 4 pm ,but i do keep the food in the cage and i dont remove it which is better to keep it or to give as a meals and then remove it from cage Thanks for Your help
