Mozart is my African Grey and Lyric is my Sun Conure. I also have a cockateil named Chicken. I can't wait to see how life with birds goes...I've wanted a Grey for the last 20 years. Can't believe it finally happened!!

I'm just looking for a place to learn more about our newest family member. From what I'm reading, I got really lucky with our choice!! Our new member, Mozart, has been somewhat neglected for the last 6 months after his owner passed away (at least that's what the family told us). They were quite worried he would bite anyone and everyone, but we got him home and he made himself quite comfortable! He met the family and went straight to everyone. Unlike my cockateil and conure, he's not crazy about my shoulder but he has found a comfy place on the edge of the couch, so we'll leave him be with that! Looking forward to getting to know you all!!!
