Hey ppl I hve a 5 month old CAG And I Be noticing that he drops small n smooth white feathers is that normal ? And do all they greys have a hole on the bottom beak or it's just on mine ? Lol Thnx Sean

Yea I did went n got me some toys Bought small perch- swing-ladder-ball made out rope and some other hanging toys don't know what there called For name.. Im calling him lucky Im thinking his a boy Might go get a DNA done this week Just quick question here Do you guy leave your grey outside of the cage at night time ? Bcz mine doesn't like going in it's very hard And do you guys have any kind of night lamp for them or you guys just leave them in dark ?

Thnx evryone yea may b I need to get a play stand for him And he does have 5 toys to play with plus the perch n swing But he doesn't play with them hill just sit n whine whenever his locked up in his cage / I feel bad for him so I let him out And do you guys put ur greys in the cage nighttime ?

I have a 4 1/2 month old CAG the problem I have with him is he doesn't like being in the cage evrytime I'll try to put him in he starts (whining) or cry that's what it sounds like to me Well if I leave him outside side the cage he tries to fly but he can't because his wings are clipped and I don't want him to get injured or anything I'm new to grey so pls help me

yea it falls on carpet or couches preety much all the time.. how often you suppose to shower them ? yea i will take some pix when i get a chance tomorow o so

ohh thanx for the info.. dave but while his on my shoulders he does mess with my ears lol.. but that dont really matters to me bout it being a male o female.. i didnt clipped the wings.. it was previously done by the pet shop... and yes he does fly and land on the floor which i know isnt good... how long does it take for the feathers to grow back ?

hello everyone !!!!!!!!!!! Im Shawn frm ca Just got few questions for the forum members.. Just bought a 4 month old african grey from a pet shop here local... the feathers are clipped so.. and i dont know if its male or female ... Is there a way i can find out ? and it likes to stay out from his/her cage why is that ? he does comes to me but starts screaming or crying when im trying to touch him and it will alwayz climb on my shoulder for some reason doesnt stay on my finger or hands everytime im holding him thnx everyone...
