Palm nuts are the favorite food of my parrot. I give him from many years. He likes to eat it. It is a healthy thing and improves the skill of parrots so you should give it to your parrot.

Well i agree with Stanley that raw beet is good for parrots and they like to eat it so don't hesitate just give it to your parrot. It is good for health.
