Hi! Have no idea if you already posted anywhere on the forum about your problem but if you haven't, please do so. Also, it seems I can't write a message in the chat section so I'm writing you here instead. You can type "feather plucking" in the search box in your upper right corner and there will show up many useful posts about your problem.
