I am an expat living in Burkina Faso, West Africa, and I have just become the owner of a ten year old African grey, very tame, previous owners were expats. After two day the bird fell sick and is at present sitting on the bottom of the cage looking very tired with a very poor balance. Its stools are watery and it is not eating much at all. Unfortunately we don’t have avian vets in West Africa and I have no idea how to treat him. Any help would be beneficial.
