how can I stop polly from biting anyone who try and take her from my hand

My grey wants to bite any one who try to take he from my hand . How cane I stop this it just started.

My mom raise birds a long while back, and I would help her With my baby now, it eats three timrs a day .I have her in a tank in her regular cage with a heat pad on some of the day
