the thing is, she is out of her cage all day and can go back and forth any time she wants . she has all her toys and also the house is always full of family and other pets, so she cant be lonley . for this reason i dont think she needs a sitter. its just me... maybe i should make a video and play it a few times a day... she likes the TV... thanks anyway
sorry, i didnt explain myself very well there, i wont be taking my babies out untill after i have been to hospital.. they will be about 6 weeks when i do.. the question i want to ask is will they take to being hand fed from 6 weeks instead of three...i know exactly how to feed my babies, and have done so for many years, i also do not let anyone else feed them but myself as they are too precious to me..WILD being a figure of speech.... same as my children somedays....
gosh, they are far to young to give seed, when i start weening my babies, i actually chew the seeds and feed them from my mouth, . i know that might sound revolting, but it works like magic, i usually start that at 8 weeks while still giving them their poridge, they luv it. dont be in such a hurry to get them to grow up!!
can anyone give me sdvice, everytime i leave my african grey, yumyum, she pulls out all her feathers, then she grows them beutifully again, but history repeats itself everytime i go for 3 weeks or so. it takes soooo long for her to grow them back that i hate going away, is there anything i can do for her.....
