hiya she seems fine eating drinking as norm she gets really excited when she wants out ive just had a look at her and she is sleeping in her bed i will recheck her toe in the morning again but dont see any blood in cage it didnt bleed badly and stopped bleeding in a few mins i dont even know how she managed it ive checked and checked but no cant see anything but will be keeping an eye on her i will update you again tomm ty again pep x

hi my baby african grey who was 12 weeks last friday tonight she was in such a hurry to get from one side of cage to the other then she jumped onto my hand next thing i seen blood and knew i wasnt bleeding on checking susie (my ag)the front nail had come right out there was the nail and then the bigger bit that fits inside the toe i rang the vet asap and was told if it had stopped bleeding it will be fine it has stopped bleeding us there anything else i should do as with it being the whole lot of the nail i can see the hole at the end of her foot. so if any one can give advice please on will she be ok with this happening is there anything i should be doing etc ty so much look forward to hearing any advice pep

ty for all the comments i bought the cage from john in parrotcare and he said it would be good that one will be in each and they will learn a lot from one another and it was good timmeh my older caf doesnt whistle all he does is talk all day long and night and he was talking from 15 weeks with me i spent lots of time with him we bought a toy poodle on friday afternoon and by friday night timmeh was saying susie come on out for a wee wee and that is honest he picks everything up really really fast you can say something to him in a day then he will be repeating it bk to you within hours im sure he has been here before lol but as you say i will just have to talk to the baby but thankyou for helping me out pep x

hi looking for advice please i have cag he is 2 past july today i picked up my baby caf which is 12 weeks i also bought the liberty twin cage for them my tim is in one side and the bby in the other my tim is great talker and talks all day im needing to know with getting the baby will tht stop my tim from talking ???? if some one can tell me plz also with the baby will he copy what tim is saying along with words we say to him can any one please advise me on the best way for tim not to stop talking and also getting the baby to start hope someone who maybe hs 2 greys with an age diff can give me some idea thankyou hugs pep xx

i use newspaper but love the idea of it thicker then lift couple page off and away u go lol great idea didnt think of that i have the big twin cage and trays in it are lots bigger ty for the extra paper idea hugs pep xxx
