if monkey nuts are bad for our birds y do they keep putting them in seed mixes and fruity mixes i take all mine out its strange lol

i allways take seed out first thing in morning put fruit and veg in then about 9 at night put seed back in that way if they dont eat fruite and veg they got seed

are toilet roll tubes save as some have ink inside them
