ohhh ok.. I will try that! I haven't been praising her for the distraction but it does make sense.

Hi all.. I know there are probably several posts about the flight suit but after reviewing them i haven't read one that answers a question I have. I have a 5 year old grey and I purchased the flight suit recently. I was able to put the flight suit on her which by the way she looks very cute in. The problem i have is that she keeps biting the area where the velcro is and its almost at the point where it will soon become useless (can't stick anymore). I have tried to keep her occupied with other things such as a treat or picking her up, etc.. but she will only get distracted for a few seconds and then she is back to biting that area again. She is so funny she lets me put the suit on her with no problem. Even taught her the "go low" command which she squats and puts her beak to the table so i can put the suit on easy. But once it's on, she starts tearing it up.. Is there a tip/trick that I can use to prevent her from doing that? Eventually i would want to buy another suit but at this point i'm afraid.
