Here he is again after visiting him today. He only 7 wks old. Murphy is pictured on my daughters lap.

No im not,thats his breeder. He not ready to leave his home till end of Feb. Im on visiting duties till then. If you notice he has white toes,breeder says his daddy always throws odd colours etc,his daddy has lots of red on his belly. Genetics again. Murphy has been DNA sexed and indeed he a boy.

My daughter brought him upstairs to me while in bed this morning:laugh: he loved it and we had a nice cuddle. He so funny,had a teenage strop yesterday:evil: but in better mood today. He gets fresh or cooked food everyday. How many of you cook prepare fresh food daily? Eddie is spoilt rotten,hates his bathes,loves his cuddles,loves annoying us while trying to type on the computer. Is really attracted to mobile phones.Not good:angry: Still hates my husband :laugh: :laugh: But we love him loads :kiss: :kiss: Should have got a CAG sooner

Its official im a Africian grey convert. We all love Eddie to bits,he is so funny :cheer: . He moans and crumbles a lot. Loves flying over to me now aswell as my eldest daughter. I just hope he dont pick up the dogs wingeing as the bull terrier and jack russell go away when he is out and about,otherwise he will be on there menu. The other dog which is huge he is fine with. But would never be left on own. Would love another AG, am i mad :silly: Eddie also knows when he naughty as he qucikly kranes his neck so you can stroke his neck,his way of saying sorry did i really do that :whistle: Its also official he hates MEN:laugh: :laugh:

Well Eddie really likes my eldest daughter Robyn at first she was frightened of him but today the little sod flew straight over and landed on her shoulder,will he fly to me NO. So we had a test and sure enought he likes her loads,where ever she sat he flew. Im one very jealous mum

Well Eddie has taken a dislike to my Husband which is actually quite funny :laugh: . Eddie will scream at him and if hubby goes to stroke his head eddie flies off. Eddie getting better with his perches and eating better, weve found he prefers to eat in morning and then fly and play in afternoon. We still trying to get him to step up onto our hands and generally be better when handled as he only likes his head being stroked. Still trying fresh foods but so far he not keen.:sick: Pics are not the best as they from my mobile phone of which he kept wanting to investigate.

My Eddie not eating that much yet,guess he still settling in. He does need to eat more especailly as he flying around a bit more

Well rock steady Eddie me thinks is spoilt rotten already.This morning ive cooked him rice and some pasta with broccoli,cabbage,carrots. Chopped up some raw red pepper which he loves,mixed it in with teaspoon of palm oil. But what does he prefer his seeds,great huh

thanks for the welcome guys Eddie is a young bird approx 13 weeks,his eyes are still dark. We got him from a breeder. Will post pics of him when i can get them off my phone,having trouble with that one. Our camera sadly got stolen and we havnt had the chance to go get a new one. My English bull terrier very jealous as she a mummies girl but also she cant believe i brought live food into the house :angry: My avatar is of my yearling as she was then,we imported her from the states,she has won loads over here. Eddie loves having his head rubbed,got lots of handling to do with him as he little nervous about going onto my hand but once he on my hand he very comfortable,he sulks when you have to put him back in cage and digs in the corner wanting out. He is learning not to bite,seems to have taken a shine to me already.:laugh:

Im a new owner of a beautiful African grey. His or her name is Eddie for rock steady eddie. Weve only has him for 2 days and he just loves his cuddles. Just have to re-inforce the idea to 1 of my dogs that he isnt fresh food. :angry:
