I shop both online and locally. Whichever is on sale and depending on what it is. I'm always looking online, in catalogs and newspaper ads. If I see a pet store and I have the time I always check it out. There might be a sale going on!!!!

Oh Dan and Kim how heartbreaking. Be strong Jake will come home. Are there kids in the neighborhood? Perhaps you could get them to keep a look out for Jake. Kids so want to help. Don't give up and Dan don't blame yourself. You are one of the best parronts I know. God will do the right thing. Believe.

Congratulations Jen on Schroeders' verbalizing. Ana Grey did the same, although I knew she was practicing. She has become a virtual blabbermouth. When I am on the phone she is whistling and talking away, asking what I am doing!!! They are so amazing!!!!

I had to take Lily to the vet again today. Last night she was so congested and did a lot of gagging so I took her in on a walk in basis because I just cannot lose my little pug. They did X-rays and Lily has an enlarged heart and her lungs are full of fluid. They give my Lily a shot to easy the fluid in her lungs and some heart meds and diuretics to help reduce the fluid. At this point their are not sure if Lily also has allergies and the fluid in her lungs is due to that or her enlarged heart. I am devastated as I cannot lose either one of my babies. I just won't!!! :angry:

Your right Caitlin, I think he is growing new feathers too!!! I don't see any evidence of him plucking so I am hopeful!!!! This morning Sully got out of his cage through the food crock port. How he squeezed through there is beyond me. He is becoming more adventurous so I'll just have to watch him more closely!!! He doesn't shriek hardly at all!!! He has new noises now. So I am pleased and I believe he is getting comfortable in his new forever home!!

Every morning I go into Ana Grey's room and say hello and open the blinds. Then I tell her I'll be back and go to fix her breakfast. As I was leaving she said her "What'cha do'in" and I told her that I was going to fix her breakfast and I'll be back. While I was in kitchen I heard "come here"!!! I always tell her "Hey come here", when I open her cage or then she is on her cargo net and I want her to come down. So she is putting everything together and I am excited!!!!!
