Hi everyone, as you are aware my Charlie turned 1 in Nov and i am so proud of her and bought her a nice toy for bday. She is talking to beautifull but a couple of days ago my neighbours daughter of 3 screethed for 10 min and now charlie cannot stop screething like her, he is doing it almost the whole day and it is starting to drive me crazy. i give special attention to her and play with her as well as talked to her almost all day so that she can see the screething has no effect on me but in the meantime it drives me crazy. This is already the 3rd day she is doing it. Has anyone had the same experience and can you give me some advise how to handle this. I do not want this to become an every day thing cause i will at the end have to make a decision as i think the neightbours are also complaining about it. Please advise

I am glad that you are getting your grey, xmas may seems far but it goes pass quick and then you are together. I suppose they grey also cant wait to go to his new Mommy. It seems to be a girl grey as i can see on the picture but dont let it put you off still called it Rocky as s/he is used to that name. Congrats!

Congrats , Just keep on talking to him and he will continue in his own time to say the words. Once they start to talk it is a treat to listern to them. I laught when Charlie starts to talk as he is now a yr old and he does not stop. He still mumbles a lot as well but he is such a pleasure i cant stop loving her, The more attention and love you give them the quicker and faster they will speak. Is it not nice to be a mom to a grey!

I totally agree with Carol's good advise. Charlie is out his cage almost all day and he did the same until i clipped his bowls on top of his cage. I now dont have to worry whether he eats or drink, cause its their for him. Put some bowls on his cage or playstand.
