yay it went well they love their new home.

oh my gosh where did august go!!! im getting ready to swich the flock to their smaller cages that they will be in for two days while the move happens so i can clean their cages and set up the bird area. so exiting

only one week left till the big move i splurged a little and bought my babys a climbing net i cant wait to get it.

thanks guys im verry excited part of the reason i settled on this apartment was it had a great spot to put the birds in my front room and the landlord loves birds so it works out great.

across town maybe two three miles

so me and my flock (Murphy TAG, Agustin tiel, Krackle the keet) will be moving in october and im looking for any and all tips on keeping this as low stress as possible. as soon as they get used to it im sure theyll love it they will have more room in my very large front room and be in a dog/cat free enviroment. so as i said just looking for tips on how to make this as easy and low stress as possible.

as it was the weekend my vet was not in and i could not get a hold of the vet on call so as we had cought it early (right as he got the metal piece off) we took wet towels and mad him bite down the i put him in the shower so he would drink water and gave him his fav. refried beans to flush the little bit that he might have swallowed out. he is doing fine he scared me half to death. thanks for the posts Tiffany & Murphy
