YAY Nikki! Adaya just turned a year, and is becoming more and more vocal. She whistles for the dogs, whistles/says yooo hoooo ( this is what we taught her to use for calling us) thats much better than the piercing call lol. She blows and catches kisses, and mumbles alllll kinds of things. We can only imagine what she is practicing lol. I have asthma, and recently went through a spell. Well she has my wheeze cough down pat. She calls my daughter whenever she is giving the dogs attention and the list goes on. She sometimes will something clearly, and then we dont hear her say it again, hello and "scatter" are two that occasionally she will say. She is definately an important member of the family lol.

HAPPY EASTER everyone! I hope everyone is enjoying the day. Recently I viewed a post with contact information to request free samples. I thought I would give it a try. Here are the results: Some no longer offered free samples, however we did receive responses from 5 of them. So far, this is what we received: 1) Tropican was very quick to respond, and we received a package from them app. 2 days later. They sent information as well as two packages of their pellets and Tropimix (edible blend of fruits, nuts,legumes and pellets). They also include a toll free number with any questions you may have as well as offering their website for continued updated information. 2) Lafeber was fantastic! Not only did they send a large sample box, they also sent informative pamphlets and information. My husband gave a taste of one of the treats; a meal bar to Adaya( something I would never have considered buying and she absolutely loves it! I look forward to Adaya trying the other products, and they certainly have a new customer lol! I love seeing her happy . 3) When I spoke with Harrisons' they said they would be sending two different types as well as some information. I received a very small sample of their high potency course pellets, and no information . That was a little disappointing as I was very interested in the information they had to offer. We've had the grandbabies for a week during spring break . Our 5 year old decided she wanted to take pics of Adaya too. Adaya's reaction was priceless when she saw Hannah holding her beloved camera lol!

Adaya loves watching outside. One of our rescues, a border collie named Bandit was outside, and as soon Adaya saw him starting whistling for him. He heard her and headed for the door lol!
