Hi. Has anyone experienced this. My bird is 15 years old and has been with me since he was weaned from seed. Lately he really likes to bite my nails. He does a good job of clipping - but whyyyyyyyyyyy. He really gets upset when I don't hand over my hand. It doesn't hurt or anything but lately I have these dreams I will go to sleep and wake up with no fingers!!!!!!!! And there he is the african vampire grey, the V CAG. Is this some sort of grooming?

My bird is 15. He speaks fine. He sings. He imitates noises. Lately he likes to pretend he can talk, I mean like people. He makes english phonetics and he has all the intonations like he is talking but he is not saying a single word. He laughs in between. I think he sees spirits. Of course it probably doesn't help that I talk to myself.:whistle: You think greys be taught to speak in sentences?
