  1. Sorry to hear you have to find new homes for your babies. Wish you luck on finding good home, I have to many animals right now. However, I'm sure you will find someone, just have to look real hard. Make sure you give them to someone who knows a lot about birds and can provide the right care for your bird.
  2. :woohoo: Guess I got curious decided to have look:blush: Since Joe is one of hte only men I've seen I vote for him. However, if it was anyone on here probably Judy since she seems to be on every thread I go to B)
  3. Well does not have to be anything to personal, just thought it might be fun. Nevjoe, I believe you:laugh:
  4. Lucky you!!! So is it true that Georgia is where all the good food is?
  5. B) Hello All Here is what I have to say about Potter movies.. All of them were good, last one was not as good, think it was bit rushed, anyone feel the same way? Next movie I can't wait for, hopefully will go little more smoother and flow better, because the book was good
  6. This is place for all women to talk about whatever is bothering them, or whatever topics they wish to speak to other women about. Go ahead share your thoughts:)
  7. Well if its really bad, you would put some like plastic mat or sort of safe glass up on the wall, and nail it where ever the bird is the most. As for cleaning it off, i know magic easers does pretty good job with almost anything, then just soapy water sometimes might work.
  8. Live in Ohio, wished lived somewhere warmer, although today was not to bad:)
  9. Looked into one of those, Looking to either upgrade my Grey or Quakers carrier, want them to have whatever is best, whenever I get the money to. They really neat though, some of the ones they have now.B) As for prices I just shopped around online, I know windycity or whatever its called was pretty good with prices.
  10. Know what you mean with vet bills, do that with my parrot as well. Ask your vet for advice about what you should do, and if there are cheaper ways of treating her.... As for rehoming her I would do that as last resort, sometimes birds pluck feathers not due to medical reasons but to more emotional. If you do rehome her, take your time, make sure its very good home for her, and they are well educated with parrots and will give her medical needs she will need. Wish you luck, hope you find a way to keep her
  11. My grey loves her dice bell toy. She has had it for very long time. She also loves foot toys, and musical toys My Quaker on the other hand loves only one toy really, its his shiny basic bell toy, looks kind of boring, some reason she loves that thing, and never likes parting with it. Toys you might want to try are musical, things help with forging, and I know 8 beaks has really good toys, all kinds as well. There is also educational toys out there, if you are willing to shop online there are so many to choice from. I know my grey loves things that are bright colored, can be shredded, or can be throw around.
  12. lol That is to funny, does she do this even when others are around as well? I hand fed her when she was baby, so I know we have very close bond.
  13. lol thats funny your quaker does it. My quaker has not done anything like that yet, he does love his head petted. My Grey I would hope is does not think of me as her mate since we are both females.. lol
  14. thank you for telling me this, you have eased my mind a lot. She is very dear to me, so always worry whenever I see something new or changed. She is acting fine by all other means.
  15. Love playtop cages, that what my parrots have as well, its so fun watching them play on it. Happy you found good cage for your baby:)
