Really not sure when they start. I got my Katie when she was a year old and was talking. Love it when she say's "katie no bite....ouch" I'll been trying to teach her too say I love you. I'm sure with time she will get it.

Just thought I would start out with a hello for everyone. I'm the proud mom to a timneh grey. Her name is Katie and she is a little under two now. I've had now since she was a year old. This is her second home in her short life but her last. Also have four cockatiels and one green cheek conure. I hope too learn and maybe help others.
