Thanks to everyone that posted. I think I will be ok. I just wanted to be sure. He pretty much let's me handle him anyway and never bites to hurt me. I will try some of the suggestions you all have posted.

Thank Judy. I'm sitting here on my couch and Bamboo is putting his head down and moving his foot as a bull does. I think my bird is nuts. But he's so much fun so far.

Thanks, he does not seem to be bothered by anything I do. He will let me cuddle, come at him and from the front like you say not to do. I can pretty much handle him anyway. But he just likes to nibble and I think he will nibble harder. I will do a search and read as much as I can. This is the first Bird I have ever hand fed. I am amazed at how fast he grew and that he learned to fly so quickly. The breeder is also shocked. I will try to post pics. Thanks again for the help. Eddie

I'm new here and a new Baby Grey Congo owner. I got my grey a month ago and he's eating solid food already. He to his first flight two days ago. He flys to me when I call him. But when he gets to me, He bites ( Not Hard) and nibbles on my hand. Is this normal? I think he might start to bite harder as he gets older. Does anyone have any insight? Thanks in advance. I'm new here and also a new Grey Congo owner. I got my litle Bamboo a month ago. I hand fed him and he's eating pellets now. He took his first flight two days ago. He comes to me when I call him. But when he gets to me, he bites (Not hard) and nibbles on my hand. I don't know if he's going to start biting harder as he gets older. Does anyone have any suggestions on getting him to stop? Or is this normal? Thanks
