1. I just can't. People have tried many many times to teach me and I just can't get it.
2. No I can't drive a stick, thus my dreams of being a rally driver are taken from me, darn this cruel, cruel world!! But I want to start learning how to co-drive. That'd be fun!
3. LOL No Judy, he's just a nice guy. He's married and his wife would probably strangle me if I tried anything, which I wouldn't! lol They are very big.. at least in their heads.. Kale very much has the 'big dog' personality. He likes to charge my mom's rottie and chase him around. He doesn't like too much when the rottie turns and chases him.
4. Pictures!! First, Kale and Pirate. She's MUCH bigger now. Me and a rally co-driver named Alex Gelsomino I think it worked..

Post edited by: Kerosene, at: 2007/11/02 04:24
5. I had a cockatiel named Fred.. then, he started laying eggs. We still kept the name for her as well. Kinda funny
6. wOO! If I knew how to do a backflip without hurting myself or anyone else, i'd totally do one right now
7. 10 brownie points for whoever can understand my rambling.. I was doing some research and i read that most Congos tend to change their favored person at a certain age. Is this true? If there is only one person taking care of them and whatnot, will they just turn around and decide to hate that person forever? Also, is it better to get an older bird or a baby? I know it depends on the bird itself and whatnot. But I figured I'd ask for everyone's personal opinion and hear from both sides. I would prefer to rescue a bird, but at the same time, I'm a little weary of adopting a bird that may very well be the spawn of Satan.
8. welcome to the forums from a fellow newbie!
9. Thanks for the welcomes guys!
10. Who doesn't? I mean seriously.. its just good stuff. And cowboys, who doesn't like them? lol Thanks for the welcome FairY!
11. How could she not get it? That's wicked funny!
12. I have Kale, my first chihuahua, he's a little more than 3 years old. He's my best friend and has been through EVERYTHING with me. He's a well traveled dog, he's been everywhere with me, LA, San Fran, Boston, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire. He's been more places than most people and has probably flown more. He's basically my life. He is named after Kasey Kahne's little brother, for whom I have a bit of a crush on. Kasey Kahne is a NASCAR driver incase anyone was wondering. My second chihuahua/cow is Pirate. She's nuts. Seriously, she has some sort of issues.. She's a love but she NEVER stops. She's constantly going and is EVERYONE'S best friend. I've brought her into my office before and she just followed EVERYONE around. She's a little social butterfly, very non-chihuahua of her. Her name came to me in a dream, literally. I knew I was getting her and a couple weeks before I got her, I had a dream and in that dream, her name was Pirate. So it stuck. And then the fish. Fishstick isn't much to talk about, he likes to build bubble nests and hang out next to a teddy bear i have next to his bowl. He got his name cuz I thought it was funny. Lil Dude is pretty cool, he likes to watch America's Next Top Model and puff his face up at me when I look at him. His name was given when I first brought him home and was transferring him into his bowl from his little plastic cup. Well he was a little too excited and jumped out of the cup onto the kitchen counter. So I immediately freaked out and was trying to pick him up somehow, the whole time calling out 'don't die lil dude!!' So that's how he got his name. They're both betta fishes that I purchased from Walmart. They are my miracle fishies as they have lived this long.. lol See, told you I can talk more about my pets than I can myself.
13. My mom calls me Jessie.. Or Jessie Marie.. I had a friend in high school who was named Jessie.. it was confusing. It's a popular name.
14. Oh, I don't plan on getting one for a year or two at least. I'm strictly researching at the moment. I'm the kind of person that researches and researches and researches before making ANY choice. It took me 3 years to get a DOG. I had to research the different breeds and whatnot. I made my choice and I couldn't be happier! The fish however, well I felt bad that they were at walmart. I'm guilty of not researching them. But they're still alive almost 1 and 2 years later. That's gotta be a record for walmart fish.. Cockatiels are definitely different from the greys, I've learned that much already It actually was very bad.. I almost broke a nail on the keyboard.. very traumatic.. Thanks for the welcome!
15. lol I find it boring to talk about myself. Ask me about my animals and I'll go on and on and on and on. But that's just me.
