  1. Thanks to all, i feel part of the family already. I'll get some pics of me & flnt at the next poker game, if the casino manager will let him in ( maybe not).
  2. Right then i'll have to practice with the photos, but from the 2 you can now see the difference in Flint. The second photo shows bite damage to his shoulder as well as the fluffy stuff where his wing feathers used too be. Take a good look see what you good folk think.
  3. ok here goes. this should show 2 pics of flint, one 2months ago & one npg[/img]ow
  4. Thanks for that Spock, i'll give it a go live long and prosper;)
  5. Hello everyone, I have been trying to upload photos to post, but the sizes are too big apparently. Can anyone help with this. I downloaded pics from my digital camera but not sure how to re-size them for this site. Ta much
  6. Evening all, i'm trying to upload photos of Flint to show but apparently the size is too big. Any ideas would be welcome. Cheers
  7. Im new here, so new that i posted a question before introducing myself:P Im from lancashire, and have a ten month old African Grey called Flint. Aside a recent episode of feather plucking/moulting ( not sure which yet ), he's a happy bird who started talking at 6 months. He also shares my passion for poker, and often sits on my shoulder while im playing. I'm sure that i'm going to be picking your brains for a while if that's ok
  8. Hi and thanks for that. There has been no change in his routine really, and he's out of his cage and free to play 5to 6 hours a day. He isn't puffing up or being quiet in fact the only difference is his feathers, otherwise his behaviour is normal.
  9. My African grey is 10 months old, his name is flint. I have had him all but 12 weeks of his life, and he'sa happy chirpy bird who talks better than me. Recently thuogh, he has plucked all his chest and flight feathers out. Theses have been relaced by what i describe as fluffy baby feathers. He shows no sighns of distress or illness. Question is is this normalfor a bird of his age or should i get help?. Indeed can any one on here offer help or advice ?. Many thanks.
