Thanks for the tips guys, I can defiantly tell that this is not a situation for only me haha I'm getting ready to try the distraction method, wish me luck!

it's aggravating because the time I could spend with him he is flipping out.

Cosmo doesn't get to see me as much as he use to and now during the day when I do see him he is extremely hyper. I pick him up and he will flip over in my hand and hang upside down and start biting my fingers, usually it doesn't hurt but sometimes he does it very hard. I tell him "no" firmly but he will usually mock me and go "no, no, no" and then continue to do it. I will turn him up right and he will flip back over again, and again. I have tried putting him up and leaving him alone, but I usually have to go work soon anyway. Thanks Dave that helps a lot, I have been thinking he wouldn't love me as much where my parents are bonding to him way more lol.

I have had to work like crazy here lately and haven't had much time with Cosmo. My parents have been spending a lot of time with him however, so don't worry he is getting attention. When I came home tonight I was holding him and petting him before we both went to bed (usual routine) but he was making a weird noise like a muffled cough he did it a couple of times in a row. He quit but did it a couple more times, he was acting 100% normal. The noise is odd though, I guess he could have picked it up somewhere, but just kind of worries me. :laugh: I think it is funny what they are afraid of.

Just wondering what all your greys are scared of. So far I have found Cosmo hates brooms, vacuum cleaners, large boxes, loud noises, thunder, and when I weed eat outside.

Where is here? If you are in Ireland then of course it is. I'm more of a New Castle man anyway haha which is still expensive.

Just always be sure you can get him off when you need to. If I am walking outside or in a store with him I will always hold him in case he spooked. Guinness rules, however the price tag does not.

hey thanks everyone, yeah Cosmo loves grapes, I just gave him a bath he is a little mad at me lol(ran out of grapes too). He will get over it though. :laugh: Do your greys eat the grapes? He will puncture it and drink the juice he still doesn't realize he can eat it lol.

Cosmo has always slept on his bowl, it's the lowest part in his cage too. I guess he just likes it for a midnight snack?
