I'm sure she has some kind of floor that is easy to wipe up and she does that several times a day I would presume with 4 greys about. Not everyone can have a setup like she has but then not everyone has 4 greys either.
Hello Amanda and welcome to the family, so glad you could join us and we look forward to hearing more about you and Stitch.
The grandkids sometimes watch that show, Lilo and Stitch so I am familiar with it, but the biggest hit with them is Spongebob Squarepants and I have caught Josey doing that laugh of his:blink:

Hello Musicluvr and welcome to the family, so glad you have decided to join us and we look forward to hearing more about you and this 7 year old Cag.
Sounds like this grey is off to a good start but I think it does need a new cage if the one you got is too small and esecially if it is rusty. You can get some good ones online that will ship for free, just google to find them.

Hello Darth_mint and welcome to the family, so glad you hqave decided to join us and we look forward to hearing more about you and this new to you grey.
Yes greys are much different from budgies and the smaller birds but you get the basics of bird keeping and we will help you with the rest. You came to the right place for help from our many members who are willing to share what they know.

Like Berna I find that the poop all comes out in the wash so I don't mind a little on me but Josey does not eat colored pellets either so those might stain. I only wear old T-shirts at home anyways and they are full of holes and didn't matter if a stain gets on them for they are "bird clothes"

I think you better put the Karnak Hat away, Dan, you are wrong, wrong, wrong on this one, Saturday we will know for sure, wanna bet:whistle:
Josey is pretty much the same way, if you offer her meat along with the veggies and stuff she is going after the meat unless there is rice or pasta and then she goes after that first. She loves chicken and an occasional chicken bone, she tears it right up.
I hadn't thought about offering some fish, thanks Tracy for mentioning that.
Oh boy Pat, she has learned how to push your buttons and she is using it to her best advantage. Clipping her wings will put a halt to that but don't let them clip too many. Thanks Pat for sharing that with us, I thought only Terri had the character grey.
Yes thats the one and Josey will play with hers from time to time, she gets a hold of it and lets it fly to hear it bang against the bars on her cage, just to make noise. :pinch:
Well if I remember correctly, you had to give up the Cag for financial reasons so maybe money is available now that you didn't have then but in any case please don't give up on this one. You are bringing this baby into your home to be a part of your flock so please do what it takes to keep it, a pet is not something you get rid of when you get in a financial bind.
Thats great that you get to visit with Domino and continue to be at least a little part of his life.
Hello Skyblues and welcome to the family, so glad you have decided to join us and we look forward to hearing more about you and your flock.
My you have quite the zoo there with your birds and your kids animals, it must be a lot of fun in your house feeding and cleaning up after all those critters.

We would love to see some pictures of your flock when you get the chance to share some with us.
I haven't weighed myself in a while for I fear what the scale might say:blush: of course it might be the peach cobblers I have fixed lately:whistle: I know I am being bad, but it's no fun being good, bad is all I know.
Yeah slow steady weight loss is the best thing, good for you Laurie, at least one of us is losing, maybe me next time.
The small bells you might want to take the ringers out because they will if you don't but don't worry about the large ones. I have one of those indestructable bells and Josey cannot get the ringer out of it. The smaller ones they could swallow it when they remove it so thats why it is suggested you do it first.
Well its evening here now so good evening to everyone, I had a busy day and will have for a while now, work is keeping me off the site:( during the day but watch out for the evenings:laugh: for here I come.
Congrats on bringing home Rexxy, what a cute name for a cute grey, but then we won't know that until we see some pictures, please don't make us wait long.
