  1. I love them, Ceasar is a good subject and you take excellent pictures of him, he does look like he enjoys the outdoors, thanks for sharing them with us. And btw, glad you have found some time to get on and participate in this forum that you helped make into what it is today, a wonderful place for all grey owners to come to share and chat.
  2. I am sure they use bird safe food colorings but check the package to make sure or email the company and ask.
  3. Congrats Brett on your new acquisition of a grey named Vincent, I am sure you are going to handle things just fine and the members posting before me have given you some helpful advice. Please share some more pictures of Vincent when you get the chance.
  4. These are gorgeous birds Sanggay and you have captured them so beautifully, I am in awe of them and they must be in Malaysia. I wish I could see them in person as that is the only way to truly appreciate their beauty but thanks so much for sharing them with us. B)
  5. Angel is a gorgeous grey and I know you are doing so much to help her live a normal and happy life, thanks for sharing her with us.
  6. """Bird breeding is completely senseless, except if done to preserve an endangered species. Just do a simple Google search and see how these birds yank out their own feathers, because they are forced to live so unnaturally. I hope they make bird breeding illegal. It is a blight on humanity. So cruel and so senseless.""" Its people like you that make me mad as hell for what you have said is totally senseless:angry:
  7. """I hope at least some little tidbit in this response helps you in some way.""" You gave some excellent advice Dan and it just takes it a step further than what Siobhan offered, I am sure if Gavin and Clare use these suggestions they will have good success with their problems with Harvey.
  8. Short but sweet Mark, Kip is so cute doing that, thanks for sharing it with us. B)
  9. I enjoyed that Roger and Congo seems to like papaya and most do, she is a hoot to watch as she wants to get to the camera and smear papaya all over the lens. Thanks for sharing it with us and you have an excellent floor cleaner:whistle: B)
  10. Don't we all Carolyn, great pic of Mika helping you make that morning fix, thanks for sharing it with us. Maybe you should send it to Birdtalk magazine, we have other members whose photos have been used before, Mika could be a star. ;)
  11. Yes she is Roger and pretty soon it will be other words as well, probably good girl too, Josey says that a lot I guess because I tell her that all the time.
  12. Pat how could he refuse you, you have such a love for your flock and I am sure he will see that but if you want to see him before you commit to taking him then go for it but I think this was meant to be like you said.
  13. Very well said Dan and I couldn't agree more, thanks so much for such a fine response.
  14. You will be missed Yvette, you are such a sweet woman and you have made friends here very quickly but you go and see your mom and your fiance and be with them for they need you as much as you need them. Have a safe journey and we will see ya back here soon and if you can manage to get on while you are away and give us an update on both of them we would appreciate it very much, otherwise hurry back for we will miss you so much. Give our love to your mom and fiance and I will keep the 3 of you in my thoughts and prayers.
  15. Hello Annmarie and welcome to the family, so glad you could join us and we look forward to hearing more about you and Sterling. If you are looking for lots of useful information then you certainly came to the right place, we have loads of it in our many threads so read thru them at your leisure. Please ask any and all questions you may have and we will help you in any way we can. If you have some pictures of Sterling you would like to share with us we would love to see them.
  16. I look forward to seeing those pictures when you get home with the baby, bet you don't get much sleep tonight;)
  17. I'll bring a conure pot pie, what time do we eat:woohoo:
  18. Oh yeah, Koko is really enjoying that massage, just look at the contentment on his face, made him so happy he fell asleep, thanks for sharing those pics with us.
  19. Looks ok to me Jan, but your vet would know if it was too long, most greys do not need their beaks trimmed, they do a good job of it themselves and only someone qualified to do so should do it if needed.
  20. I think Noodles would use one of those sleeping huts like Janet suggested, some birds like them and some don't but her wanting to be under the pillow or blanket makes me think she would use one if you put it in her cage.
  21. Do the bunnies do everything in unison, I see they have the same stance with the same foot held up like they are a mirror copy of each other? They are so cute:P
  22. Oh please do, I would love to see the little bugger in action if he is as fast as you say he is.
  23. Well congrats Grandma, I mean Pat  on your new grandbaby, I have 3 grand children myself, 2 girls and a boy. I know you are excited about it and that it be healthy is the most important thing but I hope it is a girl too:P
  24. Pat I don't know anything about severe macaws but if this is what you want then go for it. I am glad that you are able and willing to give this bird a forever home where it can be out of its prison of a cage and become a pet again. I'm sure some of the other members will give you some advice and do research all you can find out before that time comes and good luck to you in your endeavor. I look forward to seeing some pictures when you get them.
  25. I love the little chipmunk, he is so cute and the bunnies too, thanks Gavin for sharing them with us.
