The dark room training sounds awful, I would think it makes a CAG more fearful as they are already so easy to fret. My CAG will go to the end of the world with me in the dark, she trusts me too much sometimes. She loves to play catch, when she sits on my hand all of a sudden she throws herself down hanging on my hand with one foot and then dropping herself on her back, expecting me to catch her before she hits my lap or the floor, sofar I always have. I will get her picture up soon, she is something!

I just want to add to the Palm Nut subject that Harrison has a treat that contains Palm Nut Oil, they say to give it sparingly as it is high in fat. I use this treat sometimes in my foraging toys, my CAG loves it.

My african grey said her fist sentence: "what the f.ck" and she repeats it often even so I don't pay attention to it. She doesn't talk too much yet but makes all kinds of sounds, birds, snoring, barking etc. She says it in the deep voice of a renter in my house. What can I do to get rid of this phrase.
