yes, fairy, that and soaking them and warming them. but the peanut butter made the difference. guess now maybe we're on our way. i feel great about getting the better nutrition in this diet into him no matter how i have to do it. thanks
hey everyone, i soaked his pellets in his juice added just a little peanut butter, heated it up and he is finally eating it!!!!! progress. thank you sooooooooo much!
tried soaking the pellets in orange juice, didn't fool him. tried serving them warm, no luck. haven't tried the power treats, guess that's next!:blink:

what do you call power treats? i was told to mix the harrison's gradually. but he would never even try it. i would love to get him on that diet. please help.

any ideas on improving feather condition? i've tried to switch my bird to harrison's pelleted food and he will not eat it. i've heard adding 20 mule team borax to his bath water will help, but i'm afraid to try it. has anyone tried it? any ideas????:unsure:
