I need help! Can't navigate this site at all! Trying to get to a chat or forum can't even find the page where you guys are! Can someone help me? Have a biting new bird that I'd like to have help with. Thank, denise

Hi everyone, I am new here, and also have newly adopted an African timneh, 21 years old, And bites awful. He just drew blood right through the bars of his cage! He seems to be a fairly good, calm bird, unless you try to touch him...how do I even start to get to handle him?
